• Provide and maintain directory functionality within your colony
• Authenticate and manage user roles and permissions
• Sync data securely across authorized devices

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

All data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized users only, managed through a role-based permission system.

4. Access and Control

MembersHB is a closed, invitation-only app. Only users authorized by a colony administrator may access the app and its data. Administrators may add, edit, or remove member information at any time.

5. Children's Privacy

The app may contain directory information about minors as part of colony family records. This information is managed exclusively by authorized colony administrators and is not accessible to the general public.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
